ALL IT TAKES TO SAVE OUR PLANET - (Karela used for sabzi, it’s skin used to make muthiya and seeds planted back- zero wastage of food)

Here is a thought process of how we can use food which otherwise might go to waste. When we cook bitter-gourd (Karela), we generally peel the skin & also throw away the seeds. But what If I tell you we can use everything. We can make Muthiya from the left over skin; recipe of which is as given -
(Recipe steps will be provided)

And we can plant back the seeds into soil and grow the plant in the backyard. We use everything. So ZERO FOOD WASTAGE.

These little eco-friendly habits are the need of the hour.

This is my Planet India story of zero waste cooking. There are so many climate solutions all around us and if we start telling our stories, more people can start adopting these!
