There is no difference between Ramzan and Ramadan

Arabic language has an alphabet than can be said in two different ways

In Urdu, it has a "z" sound

So in Arabic, it's called Ramadan and in Urdu, it's Ramzan

People have starting visiting Gulf countries a lot

So when people of different cultures interacted, some picked up Ramadan

And since the origins are in Arabic, they considered it more accurate

But the influence of Urdu is more than Arabic in South Asia

Earlier Hajj used to be very difficult, flights have made it much easier

People may have been told the right pronunciation of the alphabet has a "d" sound

And decided that they'll say Ramadan instead

The only difference is in reading or writing nothing else
