You will be creating and managing a portfolio of campaigns through all stages of delivery, implementation and reporting.

About the role

In this role, you will manage Pluc’s relationships with key clients. We’re looking for someone with experience in creating and executing branded campaigns, servicing clients, making pitches and running projects across verticals. You will work closely with multiple teams at Pluc like creator relations, production, editorial, social, technology, design and administration.

 
Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales and adoption for Pluc and its platforms including executing a strategic business plan focused on new business development
  2. Unearth new business opportunities through networking and pipeline management and turn them into long term partnerships
  3. Develop sales collateral and pitches. Identity and develop success stories / case studies
  4. Conduct regular meetings, networking and events to build sales opportunities
  5. Maintain a strong CRM process and roaster
  6. Work to sell specific offerings and build new offerings including sponsored content, courses, events and more
  7. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  8. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  9. Analyze existing partnerships and identify new opportunities to unlock additional value
Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role across advertising, media, agencies or platforms
  2. A strong understanding of the Indian advertising and media landscape
  3. Experience working cross-functionally with different departments, both locally and internationally
  4. Experience using Keynote and Google Slides to craft sales materials / collateral as well as CRM and email marketing systems
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  6. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in new business development, experience in international markets is a plus
