When Women Are Seen, Dignity Follows

Under The Same Sun COP Premiere

Under The Same Sun: Gujarat is a community-led video storytelling campaign co-created by PLUC and Self Employed Women’s Association under the Social Saheli initiative, launched at COP30.
While SEWA has trained thousands of rural women as solar technicians, a critical gap remained—recognition and visibility. Women were often confined to peripheral roles, with their technical skills overlooked.
The campaign addresses this by enabling women to document their own work through mobile-first storytelling. Across Gujarat, 1,000+ women captured real-time solar labour—installation, maintenance, repair, and operations—creating stories in local languages, later subtitled for wider reach.
With 3000+ videos and a reach of 3 million, the campaign has become one of India’s largest visual archives of women-led solar work. Distributed across digital platforms and supported by offline screenings, it engaged both grassroots communities and clean-energy stakeholders.
Beyond visibility, the project strengthened women’s professional identity, increased community recognition, and demonstrated a ready, skilled workforce for India’s energy transition—including participation from groups such as salt workers and Rabari communities.
Under The Same Sun makes a clear case: India’s clean-energy future depends not just on jobs, but on recognising the women already powering it.

Not a protest. A plan.

Odisha has never lacked extraordinary people. What it has lacked is a camera willing to stay long enough to find them. This series goes looking through craft traditions, cultural heritage, handloom weavers, Pattachitra painters, solar energy adoption and clean energy to find the people whose everyday work is quietly driving Odisha's growth from the ground up. This is the Odisha story closer than you have ever seen it.

"POP quiz! 🎈 Did you know bubble wrap wasn’t meant to be popped?"

Graham Bell picked up the phone — but he didn’t say hello! ☎️😮

Wait, What? is where curiosity crashes into everyday life and nothing looks the same again.
Each episode begins with a question so random, it could only come from a 3AM brain spiral — like why do we say hello on the phone? or who decided bubblegum should be pink?
But what starts as a passing thought turns into a rabbit hole of surprising truths, forgotten histories, and oddly satisfying “ohhh” moments.
Hosted by Vani — your charmingly curious, delightfully dorky guide, this show is made for the ones who overthink under umbrellas, who pause mid-conversation to Google weird stuff, and who find wonder in the wildly specific.
Told through witty storytelling, quirky visuals, and a voice that feels like a friend, Wait, What? isn’t just about facts — it’s about the fun of not knowing and the thrill of finding out.

Poetry Show is where timeless words meet today’s feelings. Each episode unpacks a powerful line from history’s greatest poets and thinkers — exploring themes like love, heartbreak, self-doubt, healing, expectations, and everything in between. Told through cinematic storytelling, poetic narration, and visual depth, this series is made for a generation that feels deeply but often silently. Whether it's Shakespeare, Ghalib, Rumi, or voices still unheard — we retell their verses as emotional stories that connect across time. This isn’t about textbooks or trends. It’s about one line that stays with you. One story that feels like your own. One episode that helps you breathe lighter. Poetry Show is not just a series — it’s a feeling. And if you’ve ever felt too much, this one’s for you.
