Founder of UNGENDER, a gender laws advisory firm, CONDUCT, a SaaS based solution to POSH Compliance and Inclusion at workplaces, and Managing Trustee of Initiatives for Inclusion Foundation, Pallavi has advised over 400+ companies on the nuances of POSH Act, 2013 and educated over a lakh individuals on their rights under this law. She has advised on the capacity building and implementation of this law at state level and through her PIL, pushed some major amendment and enforcement on the ground level implementation of this law. Pallavi co-authored her first book, Indian Women's Journey, contributing on the legal journey of Indian woman post independence. Pallavi launched India's first comprehensive POSH Toolkit in 2014 which allowed companies to adopt this compliance in a simplified manner. She also introduced and ran India's first executive certification for POSH Practitioners and now runs a more dedicated and comprehensive program through her firm, UNGENDER certifying over 100 POSH Practitioners until now.
