Say hello to Mayuri! She's the boss lady at Sewa's Gomtipur Shantipath Centre where they teach sewing to rural women. She's got her eyes on everything that's happening there, with Jaya ben and Lalitha ben on her side teaching the women how to sew clothes. They cover everything from dresses and blouses to fancy new patterns that the women from neighbouring areas just love! These women are not only making money, but they're also saving money by sewing their own clothes. Geeta has a different role. She's all about organising and creating awareness among women. She's working hard to sensitise families in the area and create opportunities for women to learn and grow. In fact, she's already linked 1,500-2,000 women to government schemes!
