For months now, environmentalists are protesting against the construction of 10.58 km Mumbai's Coastal Road stretch because it is a threat to city's diverse marine life including it's rare coral colonies. The road which is being built by reclamation of sea has put the livelihood of traditional artisan fishermen at risk by filling their work place with concrete.
