Diksha Kashyap’s story isn’t an ordinary one. Starting from procuring some goats to run a business moving on to manufacturing daliya and besan, she is already on her third business idea if you are counting. Setting up a self-help group with the aid of local community leaders, Diksha has managed to provide employment to women with less mobility in Ghaila, Lucknow.
