Cat walking in the eighth grade and dancing to Bollywood tracks, Muhammad Burhan struggled with bullying. But that didn’t stop him from exploring their non-binary identity. Find out in this episode as Burhan takes on the task to bridge the gap between technology and social justice as an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Despite the challenges of their circumstances, some individuals are born to change the world. Burhan is one of them. A first-generation college graduate that too. But a lot remained to be done to create South Asian queer representation for more 8-year-old Burhans that were struggling with bullying. The multidisciplinary artist is now creating content to break stereotypes and hetero patriarchal notions.
