Meet Mira Devi. A bamboo artisan from Jharkhand’s Kelo village who transformed a monthly income of just ₹250 into a sustainable livelihood through skill and innovation.

By shifting from traditional bamboo baskets to premium lampshades and lanterns, Mira proved that the right market and the right product can change everything. Today, as a Master Trainer, she is helping women in her village become financially independent by passing these skills forward.
