According to WHO, globally,around 2.4 billion people still cook using solid fuels (such as wood, crop waste, charcoal, coal and dung) and kerosene in open fires and inefficient stoves. And there is a large discrepancy in access to cleaner cooking alternatives between urban and rural areas. In this episode, we have Yona Masereka, who is building affordable and sustainable cooking gas stoves in Uganda and helping people get access to clean cooking.
