Minakshi Walke hails from Chandrapur, Maharashtra. A one-woman show, she began making locally produced bamboo products. Discovering a new market for her cool products inspired her to hire and employ more women in her group. Today, Minakshi wants to set up the biggest bamboo enterprise run by a woman that supports other women to earn a stable livelihood.
