Pluc TV is seeking a talented and creative freelance filmmaking crew to work on a project basis. The candidates will work closely with our production team to plan, shoot, and edit a variety of video projects, including but not limited to documentaries, web series, promotional videos, and short films.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute video projects
* Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage
* Edit footage into polished final products using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
* Collaborate with the production team to ensure that the final product meets their expectations and requirements
* Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality work within the specified timeframe
* Communicate effectively with the production team and other crew members

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a filmmaker, videographer, or similar role
* Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
* Strong skills in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Passion for filmmaking and creativity
